ABOUT ME


My name is Pavel.


I’m 48 — and I focus on maintaining a level of strength, energy, and physical condition that most people associate with a much younger age.


This is not theory for me.

It’s something I’ve applied personally, every day, for over 20 years.


I am also the founder of the Professional Trainers Association of Florida, a project focused on raising standards and building a stronger fitness community throughout the state.


Over time, I’ve learned that most people don’t lack effort — they lack structure, consistency, and the right guidance.


That’s what I help provide.


My approach focuses on simple, effective training and realistic nutrition that can actually be sustained long term.


No extremes.

No unnecessary complexity.


Sessions can be done at any gym preferred by the client.


I also offer online coaching with personal guidance, as well as customized strength training and nutrition programs with regular supervision — either in person in Naples or online from anywhere.


I work with a limited number of clients to ensure personal attention and real results.

We can begin with a complimentary trial session so you can get a feel for what it is like to work with me personally. During that session, I will also give you a general understanding of what may need to be adjusted in your specific case to help you reach your goals.


The intake form I designed is an important part of the process. Please take your time filling it out thoroughly — it helps me better understand your current situation, goals, lifestyle, and level of commitment.


I do not work with everybody. My focus is on achieving real results, which is why I only work with people who are genuinely motivated to improve and are willing to dedicate the necessary time and effort to the process.


If I believe there is a good fit, I will personally get back to you with a proposal and next steps.
